The iTSM Group with a new claim: Inspiring & Tailored Service Mastery.

During my time at comwrap, I was involved in this project where I was able to bring all my love for UX and good design.

My job was creating wireframes and interface designs in consultation with my marketing colleagues, our frontend-team and the customer in an iterative way: Develop, check, improve.

The customer was included in any step of the process, so he could give a lot of valuable input. We decided to make the navigation way easier to understand with dedicated overviews of consulting and training possibilities. Furthermore you can now book your training online and – for sure – those pages are build like well-known e-commerce shops, so the users are familiar with that. 😉

After concepting the customer journey we started the design process. We wanted to make the website stand out of the competitors, what was quite easy because most of their competitors do have old and stale design.

ITSM is ready now to become a leader of its area of expertise. The website represents a state-of-the-art design based on modern technologies with love to detail. The hero images have a blue gradient overlay – what makes the text on the one hand easier to read and on the other hand it is good for branding aspects.
