Poetry Slam Mittelhessen is characterized by the fusion of the Poetry Slams in Gießen and Wetzlar. The clients Benedict Hegemann and Stefan Dörsing asked me to create a corporate design for this event series. The logo should focus on Poetry Slam Mittelhessen, but also be adaptable to the slams in Gießen and Wetzlar, so that an overall affiliation across different events is created. This should also be reflected by a uniform color scheme.
Since the audience in Gießen consists mostly of young people, but also older, culture-loving people should be addressed, for example in Wetzlar, I decided to use two different fonts in the logo. The blue corporate color, on the other hand, is not too playful and brings in a calming component.
